Every detail – from the layout to the facilities and the furnishings – reflects its identity as a custom-designed family home, rather than a typical rental property.
Unusually for Chamonix, the Lodge is fully accessible, with an elevator serving all floors, step-free access, wide doorways, and a paved pathway throughout the grounds. One bedroom has a fully accessible bathroom.

The Lodge has a range of expansive living spaces, including a truly spectacular living room with dramatic picture windows looking directly onto the Mont Blanc massif, a 20-person dining area, an elegant library/games/cinema room, and dedicated office.
A 15‑person ski and boot room with integrated equipment heaters ensures that winter gear is stored and dried efficiently, making mornings smoother.
Just inside the gates of the grounds, an 80 m² annex apartment can accommodate up to six additional guests or staff accompanying guests.
